Who I Am

Erin Morelli (Will Waldron / Times Union)

My name is Erin Morelli and I am a graphic and web designer residing in the Albany, NY area. I graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in electronic media, arts, and communication, focusing on interaction design, and a co-terminal master’s degree in human-computer interaction. I moved to the Albany area after graduating and now work at KathodeRay Media where I design websites, develop marketing campaigns, and create graphics for a diverse client base. I have a passion for creating simple, clean user experiences and especially love minimalist designs.

When I’m not working I enjoy biking, surfing the web, reading a good book or comic, watching TV, and (when I have the time) writing for my TV blog, One Seven One. I’ve also recently started geocaching, which has taken me on some great adventures.

Also, be sure to read my featured profile in the Times Union from October 2010, which you can find here.
